We are a loneliness charity that creates connections to change lives.

We do this through our befriending, social prescribing and volunteering services in Brighton, Hove and beyond, and by sharing our ideas and expertise nationally. In a city of nearly 300,000, no one should be lonely or socially isolated.

Together, we can make sure no one is.

How can Together Co help?

Many people in Brighton & Hove continue to face huge challenges as the city rebuilds after lockdown. We are here to create connections with people and places that can help.

What we do

Befriending

Everybody should have somebody. We match people with people to create connections that can transform lives.

What we do

Social Prescribing

Social connections are key to our wellbeing. We can help you find the people and places you need to be happier and healthier.

Volunteer with us

It’s amazing what we can achieve together. Give us a little of your time and we’ll help you make a big difference in your local community.

“You rarely sleep when you’re on your own on the street. I felt so low. I never thought this would happen to me, especially at my age.”

“Halima brings me a lot of joy and makes me feel worthwhile, she connects me to the outside world and I feel included in her life too.”

Support us

We’re changing lives, one connection at a time. But we can’t do it alone. It’s your support that makes it happen.

Stay connected by email

We’ll never share your email address and you can opt out at any time, we promise.

We are really over the moon to be chosen as one of the @BrightonHoveBus Santa Bus charities this year! Santa is asking local businesses, pubs, shops and community centres to be Santa Bus collection points. More info here! https://www.buses.co.uk/santabus
