A celebration of our volunteers at Wellbeing Together

Silent discos. Happiness workshops. Massage. Just a few of the wonderful things on offer at our recent Wellbeing Together event. Our aim was to celebrate the hard work of our 400+ volunteers by offering them an afternoon of uplifting and nourishing holistic and wellbeing sessions.

Our volunteers make Brighton and Hove a friendlier and more connected place to live. They volunteer all year round, supporting over 1,000 people across the city who are experiencing isolation and loneliness.

To celebrate this achievement, local wellbeing practitioners kindly donated their time and expertise to offer a range of activities from yoga, massage and reflexology to meditation, mindfulness and resilience workshops. It was the perfect way to say thank you.

Despite the howling gales and lashing rain outside, we had a great turnout and lots of lovely feedback on the day. Volunteers told us that they loved the relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and the gorgeous treatments on offer.

Our practitioners, volunteers and supporters were kind enough to offer donations, and support our silent auction, helping us raise further funds for the charity.
