Alex Tindal
Alex is an IT director working in Financial Services and lives locally in Hove. He joined Together Co as a Befriender in 2019 before becoming a Trustee in 2022.
Anne Grant
Anne worked as Head of Wellbeing for a London university, then as a troubleshooter, reviewing and advising higher education institutions on student support services.
David Cundy
David is the Director of Programmes for the Centre of Ageing Better and Together Co’s Chair of Trustees. He oversees the development and delivery of programmes in health, housing, work and communities.
Emma Naef
Emma works as a Community Engagement Manager within a hospice. She is experienced in working with volunteers and building links with communities.
Gemma Baldwin
Gemma is the Head of Human Resources at the Aldingbourne Trust, a West Sussex charity that supports people with learning disabilities and autism. She leads a multi-disciplinary team covering HR, L&D, Volunteering, Payroll, Quality, and Workforce Development. Gemma has extensive experience of the not-for-profit sector and is a fully-qualified Chartered member of the CIPD.
Jonathan Hyman
Jonathan is a qualified chartered accountant with wide experience in both the commercial and not-for-profit sectors. Jonathan was born in Hove and has lived there all his life.
Natalie Orringe
Natalie has worked in PR and Marketing for over 15 years. During her career, Natalie has worked within the public, charity and corporate sectors.
Ruth Bradley
Ruth is a Social Work Professional Educator in Adults for Brighton and Hove Council. Ruth volunteered with Together Co as a befriender in 2007 and joined as a Trustee in 2017.
Simon Parker
Simon is a data professional and entrepreneur. He is experienced in helping organisations to collect, and use, data in order to best achieve their goals.
Vivienne Benson
Vivienne is a communications and engagement specialist with a background in the charity, research, and international development sectors.
