Social for Befriending Volunteers supporting scheme members with complex needs
Are you matched with someone who has mental health issues, dementia, or any other kinds of issues that present challenges to the befriending?
If so, you’re very welcome to come along to our social at the Brighthelm Centre. Emily (Befriending Coordinator) and Di (Befriending Volunteer) with lots of experience will be on hand to chat about any queries you have.

We hold a monthly group at the Brighthelm Centre café on the fourth Tuesday of the month. There is a focus on general chatting and reminiscence, and the group is open to anyone in the befriending service.
