We are delighted to let you know that our campaign to Give the Gift of Connection this Christmas is now live!

This year, we are taking part in the Big Give Christmas Challenge, where every donation is matched pound for pound.

This means that if you make a donation through our Big Give campaign page between November 28 and December 5, it will go twice as far in helping us to make a difference.

One donation, double the impact

Together Co helps to alleviate loneliness and social isolation in Brighton and Hove through its befriending, social prescribing, and connector programmes.

Did you know up to 22,000 people in Brighton and Hove have reported often or always feeling lonely? (ONS 2022)

That’s around 8% of the city’s population, but it is something we are trying to change.

We are fortunate to have a huge volunteer network around us but to keep our services running we also need to fundraise.

Make a difference

  • £10 could fund up to five hours of telephone befriending
  • £15 would fund a person’s weekly visits from a befriender for a month
  • £20 would fund someone to be able to attend two social events in the city
  • £50 would pay for transport for 30 people to participate in a group befriending session

Our community is the backbone of what we do, so please give the gift of connection this Christmas by making a donation which will have double the impact for our charity.

All donations to the Big Give Christmas Challenge can be made between November 28 – December 5 through this link: The Gift of Connection to end loneliness.
