Events and Corporate Lead
We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled Events and Corporate Lead to join our team.
This role is tailor-made for people with a background in event management customer relations, or fundraising, who are eager for a new challenge. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of large-scale events (150-250 people) in Brighton & Hove and manage relationships with the business community.
The team is responsible for raising more than £250,000 in 2024/25, with further growth over the next three years. The role will be the lead for generating income towards these targets through relationships with local, regional and national businesses and designing and putting on four to six large community events per year.
We are a supportive team, and the Board of Trustees actively reinforce the work. This role will be supported by an experienced senior team and a fundraising consultant with a high level of fundraising knowledge.

£36,779 per year full time equivalent (SP30) + 3% employer’s contribution to pension

Key skills required
Proven experience in event management, customer relationship management, or fundraising.
Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
A passion for community work and commitment to Together Co’s mission.
Experience of, or willingness to, lead on challenging events and working towards income targets.
