Alongside our local services, we share our ideas and expertise nationally. Through our Campaign for Social Health, we raise awareness of the importance of relationships, connection and belonging to our wellbeing.
A gift in your will can help us to continue this work for years to come, supporting people locally and championing the importance of social health more widely.

Write or update your will for free
We’ve partnered with Octopus Legacy to offer a free will-writing service.
You can make or update your will online, by phone or video, or arrange an in-person appointment, including a home visit.
There is no obligation to leave a gift to Together Co to use the service.

Helping connection continue
Through our befriending, social prescribing and volunteering services, we help people build relationships and feel part of their community. A gift in your will can help keep friendship and support available in our community, while helping us share what we learn and encouraging others to put social health at the heart of their work.

FAQs
Do I have to leave a gift to use the free service?
No. You can use the free will-writing service without leaving a gift to Together Co. What you include in your will is entirely your choice.
Does my gift need to be a large amount?
No. Gifts of all sizes are welcome and can help support a more connected Brighton and Hove.
Can I use the service if I already have a will?
Yes. Our partnership with Octopus Legacy offers the option to make a new will or update an existing one. Contact their team to discuss what you need.
Will Together Co know about my gift?
When you use our free will-writing service, Octopus Legacy may share information with Together Co about your use of the service and any gift you include.
You can choose whether to receive communications from Together Co. We will respect your contact preferences.
You are welcome to tell us about your gift yourself, but there is no obligation to do so.
Our promise to you
We will respect your priorities and never pressure you to leave a gift.
We understand that circumstances and wishes can change. We will use any gift with care to support our work and treat the people handling your will with kindness and respect.
