Together Co runs a well established social prescribing service in Brighton and Hove. Operating since 2014, we have grown from 1 to 10 Link Workers and our bespoke training has developed in response to the needs of the role.

Now we are hosting a two-day, face-to-face training session in small groups, taking place in central Brighton and covering the tools and skills you need to operate as a link worker.

  • Making first contact
  • The guided conversation
  • Measuring outcomes
  • Researching and referring on

  • Lone working

Following attendance, delegates receive an e-manual and become members of a support forum with access to quarterly webinars hosted by experienced social prescribing staff. Participation in a peer support group is also encouraged.
