Hundreds of our volunteers are supporting isolated and vulnerable people across Brighton and Hove to get access to food, essentials and a friendly phone chat during the coronavirus crisis. Just £10 could help to train a volunteer. Here’s some brilliant ways to help us raise funds to meet this demand.

Create a virtual pub quiz

Invite friends and family to your virtual pub quiz, schedule a group video call, download some questions from Google, and pour yourself a drink! Ask quizzers to donate their entry fee to Together Co by texting TOGETHERCO to 70085 to donate £5.

Host a virtual birthday party or other special event

Take your party online by inviting friends and family to a group video call to help you celebrate your special day. In lieu of presents, guests could donate to Together Co here.

Start a Great Lockdown Bake Off

Like baking? Invite friends and family to create a treat to a specific theme. Organise a video call when participants can showcase their creations to the judge and then tuck in!

Create a fitness challenge

Want some motivation to keep moving? Use your daily outdoor exercise allowance to create your own challenge. You could run a distance over four weeks and ask for sponsorship, cycle to somewhere sunny on your indoor bike or enlist your fitness group to take on a joint sporting challenge. Set up a joint or individual Just Giving page to raise sponsorship.

Stream your own online event

Are you an artist, musician or fitness guru? Do you have talents to share with the world?  Stream a gig or teach people your skills and ask people to donate their ticket fee to Together Co by texting TOGETHERCO to 70085 to donate £5.
