CEO
Emily has worked in the voluntary sector since 2012. Before this she worked in frontline mental health services and as an HR professional. She joined Together Co in 2018 and is now in her sixth role with the organisation. Emily is passionate about social health and believes that small acts of kindness and meaningful human connection can make a lasting difference to people’s lives.
Ali Nicholson
Head of Volunteering & Engagement
Ali has over 13 years of leadership and management experience, with the last nine years dedicated to the voluntary sector. She joined Together Co in 2024 and is Head of Volunteering & Engagement. Her expertise lies in community development, volunteering, partnership working and creating opportunities for people and organisations to make a positive difference in their communities.
Ali is passionate about the power of human connection and believes that volunteering, kindness and a strong sense of belonging create healthier, more connected communities where everyone has the opportunity to feel that they belong.
