We’re delighted to share that Together Co has been selected alongside three other local charities to be supported by St Christopher’s Prep school in Hove.

St Christopher’s Prep, part of the Brighton College Family, supports a number of local charities, naming them at the start of each academic year.

The four Houses, which are named after famous admirals, each spend the year raising money for their chosen cause .

This year, Nelson House, whose House colour is green and whose emblem is a dragon (a bit like Hogwarts), have chosen to support Together Co.

Housemistress Kat McKinnon said, “Mental health and loneliness are really important issues at the moment, especially during lockdown and isolation. Last year, we supported a children’s charity, but this year we wanted to work to support a different range of people in our city.

“We look forward to coming up with imaginative ideas to support Together Co, as we can’t have events like our very popular bake sales at the moment.”

The other local charities selected this year by St Christopher’s Prep are childrens’ charities Leo House at Home and Rockinghorse, and the homeless or vulnerable women and children charity, Off The Fence.
