Support us

More people than ever before are lonely or socially isolated.
You can change that.

Loneliness and social isolation are deadly. A lack of social connections has been shown to be as harmful to our health as smoking 15 cigarettes a day. We create life-changing and life-saving connections – but we can only do so with your support.

Help us respond to the coronavirus crisis

We are experiencing a huge increase in demand for our services as the coronavirus crisis hits. It’s vital we scale our efforts quickly and responsibly.  We want to support vulnerable people in Brighton and Hove to maintain social contact and access to essentials, and ensure they get the right information on how to stay safe.  You can help fund this frontline work. Just £10 could pay for a phone befriending volunteer to be trained to support an at risk person.

Create a virtual fundraiser for Together Co

Taking fundraising online is a great opportunity to connect with friends and family. Just come up with your own unique challenge and set up a Just Giving Page. It could be a birthday party, a dance off, a bake off, a virtual sponsored walk, run, indoor cycle OR set up a live stream event and direct your audience to a link to your donation page.

Corporate partnerships

There are 36,000 people in our city who are always or often lonely. Your business could change that. This could be through sponsorship. This could be through employee volunteering. Talk to us about how we can end loneliness and isolation in our city – together.

Community Groups, Clubs and Schools

Community groups are crucial in helping to break down social isolation. We build beneficial partnerships with local groups who want to fundraise and make a difference in their communities. Let’s talk about how we can transform lives together.

Partnering with Soul of the City Choir

“We are so excited about being in partnership with Together Co, it’s such an incredible inclusive charity that connects with so many groups in the city.”

—Vanessa Thomas, Choir Leader
