As a Service Monitoring Volunteer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuous improvement and effectiveness of our services.

You will be responsible for reaching out to individuals engaged with our services via phone calls to gather valuable feedback.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct phone calls to individuals involved with our services
  • Gather feedback on their experiences, focusing on aspects of satisfaction and areas for improvement
  • Document feedback accurately and comprehensively


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Empathetic and attentive listener 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
