Our Connection Hub team is here to make things simple by listening to your needs, guiding your next steps, and connecting you with the right support. Whether you’re looking for support for yourself or a loved one, or you’re a professional seeking advice, we are happy to assist with finding groups, activities, events and services across the city to benefit you and those you care for.

Got a quick question about groups, services or activities available in Brighton and Hove? Reach out to us by phone or email. If we can’t pick up the phone, we will always respond to voicemails as soon as we can.We listen & understand.
Our team takes the time to understand what matters to you — whether it’s feeling isolated, managing the demands of day-to-day life, or finding support that meets your needs. We review and respond to all referrals and queries we receive with empathy and respect.We provide expert guidance.
Using our experience and expertise we will direct you to the service that best suits your needs. That might be our Befriending scheme, Social Prescribing service, volunteering opportunities, or support from other organisations across Brighton and Hove. Our staff are very knowledgeable about service provision in the city.
We are pleased to be part of the UOK partnership, a network of community services working together to support good mental health and wellbeing in Brighton, Hove and East Sussex.
