Connectors help people to connect with the people and places they love.

Volunteers give short-term and goal-focused support, with the eventual aim of giving the people we support more confidence to engage with their interests.

This could involve supporting someone to go to choir practice, a craft group, a community allotment, or for a walk around the park for the first time following a fall.

The connector role tasks are varied and guided by the people we work with. Giving your time could help connect someone with the outside world and their community.
